떡이 잘 익게 하려면
찜솥 맨 바닥에 콩을 먼저 넣어야 한다.
찹쌀 가루부터 뿌려 놓으면 공기층이 형성이 안되어서
떡이 잘 익지 않기 때문임.
찹쌀은 5시간 이상 물에 불려서 빻아야한다.
소금 조금 넣어서.
호박떡 재료에 햇밤을 조금 넣어주면 구수하죠.
